Delete some of your data
If you'd like to remove specific data but keep using BluePadel, you can request that here. Your login stays active; only the categories you ask for are deleted.
What you can ask us to delete
- Match history — your recorded matches and scores
- Rating history — past rating changes (your current rating may reset)
- Bookings & tournament entries — past and upcoming, where cancellable
- Social data — follows, followers and chat messages
- Profile details — optional fields such as location or display photo
Tell us which of these (or anything else) you want removed and we'll confirm what can be deleted while keeping your account functional.
How to request
Send the request from the email address on your account so we can verify it.

Or email hello@bluepadel.co.za with the subject "Data deletion request" and a list of what to remove.
What we keep, and for how long
Some records must be retained where the law requires it — primarily transaction and payment records needed for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. These are kept for the legally required period (generally up to 5 years under South African law) and then deleted or anonymised.
Timeline
Requests are actioned within 30 days, and we'll email you to confirm what was removed.
