Delete your account & data
You can ask us to permanently delete your BluePadel account and the personal data associated with it. There are two ways to do this.
How to delete
In the app (fastest): open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out everywhere.
By email: if you can't sign in, send us a request from the email address on your account so we can verify your identity, and we'll action it.

What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile (name, email, padel rating and history)
- Your matches, bookings, tournament entries and social connections (follows, messages)
- Any wallet balance is forfeited on deletion
What we keep, and for how long
We retain a limited set of records only where the law requires it — primarily transaction and payment records needed for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. These are kept for the legally required period (generally up to 5 years under South African law) and then deleted or anonymised. They are not used for any other purpose.
Timeline
Requests are actioned within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once your account and data have been deleted.
